- You are not the only one!!!!! I have found the service department to be
- extremely poor. It took them months to finally admit that the first
- chipset in the Sportster was faulty, then the window to send in for a
- free one was only open for a few months. Now they are charging
- customers for the chip upgrade which they messed up in the first place.

- USR: the marketing is good, because they are the most widely sold
- modem, but the technology lacks. 33.6 through telephone lines. Let's
- get a clue as to how compression really works and what the Load Limit is
- for every telephone line.
